Privacy.
UXBD keeps the minimum it needs to run a product and bill for it. Each product lists its own details on its own site; this page is the rule for all of them.

What we keep

Payment card details are held by the payment provider, never by UXBD. A desktop product keeps your files, sites and keys on your own computer; nothing is uploaded to us unless a feature you used needs it, and the product says so when it does.
Where it lives
Our hosted services and their databases run on Cloudflare's network. Transactional email goes through an email delivery service that sees the address and the message. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, that provider knows you signed in. We use no other processor for your data.
What we do not do
- No selling or sharing of personal data, and no advertising on anything we make.
- No analytics inside a product, and none inside the sites a product manages. This website, uxbd.net, counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and does not identify you; that is the only script it runs and the only third party it loads.
- No opening of your systems without being asked to in writing.
Export and deletion
Write to hello@uxbd.net from the address on your account and ask. An export arrives within two working days as files you can open. A deletion removes your account, what the product holds for it, and your email from our records, within two working days, and we confirm when it is done.

Children
Our products are made for people at work. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes and contact
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a change that matters is emailed before it applies. Questions go to hello@uxbd.net.
