Policy
Fourteen days. Ask by email.
The whole policy fits on this page. It applies to every paid UXBD plan and add-on.

The rule
If a product does not do what its page says, write to us within 14 days of the payment and you get that payment back in full. You do not need to give a reason, though one helps us fix things. The refund goes to the payment method you paid with.
How to ask
- Email hello@uxbd.net with "Refund" in the subject.
- Include the email address on your account and the date of the payment.
- We confirm the refund within two working days and tell you when it was sent. Banks and card issuers usually take five to ten working days to show it.
Renewals
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. A renewal you did not mean to keep is refunded when you ask within 14 days of the renewal payment. To stop future renewals, cancel from the product's billing page or by email; the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
Cancelling after 14 days
You can cancel at any time. After the refund window the current period is not refunded, and nothing more is charged. A yearly plan cancelled in month four keeps working until month twelve.
Add-ons
An add-on, such as extra connected sites on a ReDock Web plan, follows the same 14-day rule from the payment that added it. Removing an add-on stops it at the end of the current period.
What is not covered
- Free products and free plans: there is nothing to refund.
- A payment made more than 14 days ago, unless it was a renewal charged by mistake and you write within 14 days of it.
- Charges from other companies: your hosting, a domain, an AI provider's usage, Cloudflare. Those are billed by them, on their terms.
If something is broken
You do not have to choose between a refund and a fix. Tell us what did not work; if we can fix it inside the window and you would rather keep the plan, we do that. If not, the refund stands.
